The Physical Body as a Messenger

This entails more than the known “Five senses”. However, for some people these senses can be their “monitoring system”, and for them this may be the only indication of the expanded universe that we live in. This experience may be felt in the body and can be uncomfortable.

Before you decide that this is what you are experiencing, it is important to know your body well. Never discount important body information such as pain, and make sure you contact your medical doctor if you have any doubts. Consistent physical symptoms that do NOT reveal any underlying medical issues can then be viewed as your own individual metering symptoms for earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, disasters, etc. These kinds of sensitivities can be felt as: body aches and pains, sinus pressure, headaches, nausea, dizziness, heart palpitations, etc.

When earthquakes are going to occur you can feel nauseated and dizzy. This is because the electro magnetic frequencies in the earth are being disrupted and your brain is also electro magnetic. People report increased munchies and one of those snacks will be something with corn, popcorn, chips, etc. Corn contains B vitamins which help balance out the disruption in the brain. So, if you notice increased indulgence in these foods watch for earthquake activity. Any weak mechanical part will also break down under this kind of stress. I observe how many cars I see broken down on the highway, or being towed in a short period of time, as this will also indicate increased activity and stress of the Earth.

Emotions

Your individual emotional guidance system is a key factor as well. Many times before major events that can involve loss of life, I will become very emotional, teary, depressed, anxious, and a feeling of loss overcomes me. After many years of receiving this kind of information I am very clear on what is a universal message and what is strictly my own emotional issues. But, this can also be your indication of a universal event on its way. For example, an increase in violence and anger exhibited like road rage “out there” in society can indicate volcanic activity. A volcano, or more than one, may be bubbling away somewhere on the planet, getting ready to erupt. Currently in Iceland there is not just one volcano erupting, but scientists say there are at least 100 active volcanoes that could erupt and have devastating effects.

Balancing it out

It is important to seek balance in all things. Both physical and emotional balance is something to seek in these unsettling times.  Knowing what your center of balance is, and how to get there quickly, requires distance from exterior things such as the 3D world tries to engage one in. Spend more time meditating, being out in nature, or just trying to exclude the outer chatter can help you stay in balance. If you are a biological sensitive you must take better care of yourself than most people out there. Adequate rest, good nutrition and exercise are not just an ideal for you, but a necessity. Your physical body is working to catch up to the higher frequencies it is registering. As the accelerating energies propel us into the future we will become more aware and awake to the rising frequencies that will help create and expand our spiritual light bodies.

Yes, the word is “collapse”. The word could be “reduced”, but the bottom line is that it is a “deconstruct”. With the Pluto in Capricorn transit just getting started, and a good 12 to 14 years to go, look for even more “collapsing”.  The beginning of the Pluto in Capricorn transit is still about the breaking down. Out of the ashes will come the rebirth part of Pluto.
Several transits that started this year were: Mercury retro, confusion in communications, Mars retro in Leo, plans put on hold making it hard to move energy forward that shows any results.

As a drive around this town indicates, large businesses are closing down, as well as more empty smaller  shops and stores. Everyone quickly driving to get where they need to be may not notice the changes until one day they notice that the block they pass daily, appears to be, a ghost town.

So what good can the three year bring? Creativity! Creativity means just that. What does one do in the arena of creating in a three year, especially if you are an owner of a business?

When things are breaking down it might mean trying more creative ways to keep a business afloat, it also could mean looking at changing the business to reflect current trends, and/or, it could also mean shutting a business down and looking for a creative way to move forward with your life. Either way, the key word here is Create! Flexibility in a three year is a must, as rigid patterns will cause distress for yourself and others around you.

What about starting a new business in this economic climate?

The answer is: Go for it! Do your research. What is needed now? Pluto in Capricorn means that people will spend their money, although they will want to try and hold on to it as much as possible. Getting someone to let go of their money will depend on what age group, what they value. People will spend money on the things that they “deem” to be of value. Capricorn represents traditional values and as other transits during this year come into play to help bring in the new paradigm, observe how these values might be shifting and changing.

Begin with the basics, as people need food, shelter and clothing. Beyond the basics, people will spend cautiously. In an environment of such doom and gloom most people will want to be uplifted. Music, Art, and Entertainment will be a focus as Jupiter in Pisces begins its transit for the coming year. On the positive side, Pisces, ruled by Neptune, rules all things of illusion and dreams. Neptune also rules deception, alcohol, drugs, water, oil and gas, and hiding out from reality in all of its many forms. Depending on the current desire for a positive outcome, it can rule spirituality and religion.

Eclipses in 2010

Solar eclipses bring about external events from internal sources which we are not aware of. They also shine the light on that which you have succeeded in, and then can help others with.

Lunar eclipses can accelerate those internal emotions which then stimulate changes in our feelings regarding people and/or situations in our lives. On the flip side this can also show you what are learning from others.

The way to think about any eclipse is that it activates change; in order for new growth to manifest, we must release what no longer works for us.

July 11 - Solar Eclipse @ 19° Cancer

Please also take into account any “blue moons” occurring this year as the one that occurred in January, these trigger earthquakes such as the one in Haiti. If you live in an earthquake prone area make sure that you have all that you need if your area suffers disruptions.

Are you awake and aware? Are you carrying more and more light in these times? If you are, then you are subject to what is generally known as a psychic attack. Whatever is your greatest fear, conscious or unconscious; you will be challenged in these areas. No matter how much you meditate or pray or feel you are “enlightened”, you are subject to an intensified focus on your light being literally, to try to put out that light.
All the signs and symbols are there. How hopeful or hopeless do you feel? Are you able to rise above appearances and NOT give power to negativity that is being projected onto, or to you?

 What used to be interpreted as negative energy generated and focused as in: voodoo, bad vibes, name calling, gossip, using tools and techniques to attack other people, is now a whole different agenda. That collective pool of negativity that exists because of negative thoughts, thought forms, fear, etc has grown as well. Those people who exist in the dark seek to access and focus that collective negative energy on who they want to attack. This is common knowledge in basic Psychic attack 101. I myself have been the target for these kinds of attacks and believe me they are a definite challenge and nothing to be taken lightly. Expect much to be intensified today in these challenges.

 Claim your Sovereignty

We are in a huge collective spiritual evolution, and as positive as that all sounds, it also brings about the negative to counter balance all that good being generated. Therefore the opposite has grown as well. Our reality is vibrating faster and faster. How hard is it for you to get back to balance when thrown off your center? Perhaps once a month you had to work to get back to center because of disruptions to your energy field, and now that might be daily or even hourly for some. THIS is the acceleration. Frankly it is an emotional and physical roller coaster ride, and for sure a drain. Are you more tired lately? Need more sleep? Experiencing physical symptoms or illness that you have not had in a long time? It is time we step out of fear and claim that which we are. We are powerful people who can create the reality we choose and the right to express who we are in the world.

In the past 8 months I have been lucky to be able experience a time of greater connection to spirit, to All that is. Along the way there have been many signs shown to me about the greater rift between those who are awake and those who are still in their PJ’s.

Today I would say it is time to pay closer attention. The greater connection has also brought in the greater challenges. We are now in a time where we need to demand self respect for ourselves so that the Universe will bring us more people, places, and things that reflect that self respect.

 Universally, this planet, as well as this solar system, is experiencing major changes. If you look at information put out by NASA, little blurbs here and there, you will find that every planet in our solar system is going through major changes, as well as our Earth. Global warming on a Solar System scale? Who can we blame for all of this? Certainly not our gas guzzling SUVs. Surely, if we are all connected as is believed in many religions and as in quantum physics,  we are affecting everything around us.

But, I also tend to believe that there is something else going on “out there” as well, as we are evolving. My own personal experiences in consciousness expansion tells me there is “nothing” out there……….nothing but what is in my consciousness…………..so the next question is: Am I the only person here? Honestly, are you all just a figment of my imagination? Am I truly on the Holodeck? My current belief is that “we” all exist as aspects of a much larger consciousness, one that includes all we see and all we don’t see. Therefore, we do affect each other.  Right now I believe that as our earth is going through a change, so are all the planets that we see in our solar system, along with everyone or everything that exists.

 Perhaps it is this  much larger experience that we are not quite ready yet to acknowledge. Looking at what most people are experiencing it is obvious that we are under attack. Fear is rampant and it should pull people together, and in some places and cases, it does. Just look at what people are afraid of though………..universal health care? Good grief! What are the issues that people are in fear of today?
What should be a transformation that benefits the whole is becoming a polarization for those who only want for themselves, and for those who see that everyone should benefit. Win-Win!

 This is for those of us who are, and have been working to be of service to others. You are now relieved of those duties. Time off, take a break, retire, recluse, support only those who find you as part of their own growth. We can now begin to focus on our own accelerated growth, and as we do this new doorways and portals are opening to us. As we go through those dimensional doorways it is time to remember our basic teachings. The ones that originally supported us in our growth are still there to help us, yet we must ask for that help and support. It is imperative that we call in all our protectors, whether they are in the form of Angels, the Warriors of Sirius, Ascended beings, etc., the light around us needs to be strengthened and fortified. In the higher frequencies’ we will eventually be able to live in pure light, but until then remember to ask for support and protection. Know that you are a target of negativity because of the light you carry. At some place, in or out of time, you will be holding that light and protection for all those who will be coming behind you.

 Remember that you are not your body, but you do need to care for it, you are not your job, but you may need it to pay your rent, your ego wants to identify with these things, but who are you? You are a spiritual being in a physical body evolving in a three dimensional world. As you evolve you will be able to step out of the ego/body identification.  You will be able to move and operate in the new energies without struggles and obstacles, until then remember to use your protection.

Walking in two paradigms

Group think as related to how we construct our reality is in transition.

With the advent and entry of Pluto in Capricorn late in 2008 we began to see the breakdown of many established structures and businesses. Life is about change and yet for many years, perhaps generations, constructed paradigms have not changed. The rulers rule from the top and are the elite. They influence our thoughts and ideas through corporate controlled media (remember Orwell’s 1984?), all you have to do is look at the big media outlets daily to see what gets presented, and re run, to create fear and insecurity among the masses. The idea of hypnotic lulling, to believe if you work hard and save your money, (as in 401k and retirement) that you will be successful and live a good life is now being observed in a new way.

The phenomena of the American Dream which was once created for the public here in the United States, and in other countries as well, was some ideal to attain. One should ask, just what is the definition of the American Dream? Without going into the history of this country (as related by those in control) vs. the real history, as experienced by the original people here, I would say it was pretty much a good marketing scheme while it lasted.

We are entering a new phase with Pluto in Capricorn. Much like the 60’s we are witnessing an upheaval in the establishment.

Although many believe that the big shift comes in 2012, which is the end of “one” of the Mayan calendars, (there are many), there are as many different scenarios out there as there are thinkers. In truth, the shift is happening now and has been happening. For some it feels as if it has come as a thief in the night. Where is my job? Where is my money in my 401K? Where is my house? For another faction of us, normally perceived as the “deviant” part of a constructed society in sociological perspective, we are not questioning what is going on as much as, what’s next? The old is dissolving but where is the new? Most are looking at the destruction that Pluto brings, focusing on loss, and not the actual appearances here and there of the new. Some of the new that we are seeing is not new in fact, if anything it has been there all the time. Some people have already seen it and have been holding a field of energy for the rest of humanity to awaken. Much like the shamans of the past, they wait for the rest of the village to be able to “see”. The reality is that life is dynamic, and not static.

MEAN PEOPLE SUCK

I see this sticker on car bumpers here and there and it is always amusing to me. But truthfully, it is important to acknowledge the fact that people have choices in their actions. The choice to act out of kindness and compassion, to seek out win-win situations, always seeking balance, and to honor doing the right thing in every situation is of great importance, more so now than ever.

Our daily interactions with people have to be done with the ideal of always doing the right thing. In the old paradigm this has been business over emotions or feelings. In the new, it is: how can we honor our feelings and others, and conduct business in a way that benefits the whole?

The new Star Trek movie is a great analogy for our shift in paradigms. Of all the characters in this new movie it is Spock who is creating the most attention. What is it about Spock that is so appealing? Spock represents our selves in this moment in time. He is half human and half Vulcan. Both sides represented, logic and emotions, Spock is challenged to find the balance. For Trekkies out there this is not new information, but for many others it represents new ways of being. New discoveries in quantum physics is showing that we are all connected, validating many spiritual teachers and ancient teachings. What you do to others really does affect you.

What does this new paradigm look like? The answer to that would be another question: what do you want it to look like? The conscious focus and manifestations of the many must be influenced by the desire to be in balance in all things.

Help, I have a foot in both worlds!

Feeling lonely, isolated and wondering when and where the new will appear for you? You are not alone. While appearances seem to be that the old is once again being recycled, underneath is the change and shift we need. The key to make it through a paradigm shift is to relax more, be more meditative, and learn to get back to center quickly when the old energy throws you off. Deflecting fear is the most common challenge in a transition. While those who have a consciousness to maintain the old paradigm will be something you will deal with, there are those you can align with who are already experiencing the new. The law of attraction ultimately prevails and you may be cleaning out old energies based on who you were and what you needed, from another time. So people leave, jobs go, and movement to other places is considered. To get into the new do not hold onto the old. This is the perfect time to clean out your physical space as well as your mental and emotional. Let go, let go, let go.  Keep your focus on what you want in your world and not, what you do not want. Your consciousness influences what we all will experience. Realize your worth in all things both seen and not seen. Do something kind every day for someone else, a word, a smile, a thoughtful action helps bring in the new. You no longer need experiences to validate what you do not want. You know what is right for you. Focus on what you want to see, feel it in your physical body.

Celebrate the new world you are experiencing instead of grieving for the old. Find your center of balance in the current climate of fear and do not add to it. Pay attention to your thoughts, your words, and your actions. Although there is a time delay on this planet for our thoughts to become things, they are happening faster. Look for the synchronicity, acknowledge it so you can experience more, and rejoice when you experience what you want. Add to the climate of joy.  This also means to hold on to what you do want to experience. If in the past you have lost things that others have been able to hold onto, then focus on keeping what is yours!

Relationships are with us continually in our life, reflecting back to us where we still might need to grow, or showing us where we have grown. We must be the conscious participant and the observer of self. Whether it is friendship, family, marriage, etc., be aware that you have the greatest opportunity to grow, when you interact with another.

The times that we spend alone are meant for us to turn within, to examine ourselves. When we are ready to invite in another person into our constructed reality, we then have a better understanding of what is being reflected back to us.

Soulmate

Soulmate is a label used to specify someone with whom one has an instant feeling of deep and natural attraction, and/or compatibility. As discussed in my last blog we can encounter many people that we have had other lifetimes with, for good or bad, for joy, or for pain, and sometimes just for a lot of unfinished business. People can come to us in many forms, as father, mother, sister, brother, husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, boss, employee and so on. Soulmates are part of our larger soul group.

The most asked questions that I have when people come for counseling are the ones about soulmates.  Is, he/she the one? The answer is always that the person we are relating to now is always “the one”. We have chosen to have this person in our life at this moment in time to reflect or mirror back to us.

When seeking out guidance in readings or counseling it is these types of relationships that usually indicate that one or the other is generally not available or ready, whether that person is already involved with someone else, married or otherwise just not emotionally available.

How do you know if this is really really the “one”?

Soulmates are not always a relationship that is long term. In romantic relationships everyone hopes they have found the “love of their life”, but sometimes soulmates are not meant to be long term and do not always have happy endings.

For those who are consciously aware, we understand that relationships are mirrors for us, and that a soulmate relationship can reflect back to us who we were as we move forward in growth. We can draw in people who were in the same vibration, who had the same lessons to learn, etc. to show us how far we have grown, and they do not stay unless we allow it. These relationships can occur when someone has worked to move out of addiction, divorce, trauma, etc.  Patterns of acting and reacting come around again for us and are exhibited in these interactions. Ultimately these relationships are short, the ones that we ask ourselves “why” they are in our life. Did we not learn the lesson? Just bless them and move on, give gratitude and thanks that we are now free of an old pattern.

Another type of soulmate relationship is the one that mirrors who you are now and where you are on your path. These relationships can often have an emotional charge to them as they test out your newly acquired people and communicating skills. These relationships often show up when people decide they are ready to “settle” down and they can lead to marriage for some. Lots of comedy material about husband and wives has been written about these relationships. These are sometimes some of the most difficult relationships as they can really push our buttons.

And finally, when we have really been working on ourselves, we draw in the type of relationship that mirrors our potential. This soulmate relationship shows you who you could or can be. For women this can be the man who is successful out in the world. For men this can reflect back the feminine intuitive spiritual side of themselves that they need to utilize for further growth. The “pedestal” relationships fall into this category. When working with clients this relationship is the one that shows the most promise and yet is the one that can have the most disappointment. When one’s object of affection falls off that pedestal the other person is disappointed and can feel deceived or fooled. In fact, these relationships offer us the most potential for our own continued growth and when acknowledged as such, can be a promising long term relationship where both people continue to grow, and are valued as equals in the relationship. These are the relationships that I coach clients on to continue, to seek out and strengthen those aspects of themselves that they see and admire in their beloved, and to learn about mutual respect.

What the heck is a twin flame?

Much has been written about a special type of relationship which has been called a “twin flame”. Twin flames, which are also called twin souls, are figuratively the other half of our soul.

The common belief is that we each have only one twin, and that after the soul split in an original incarnation, the two went their separate ways, incarnating over and over again in order to gather experience in human form before coming back together. You probably haven’t had many lifetimes with your twin, if any.

The ultimate “attainment” relationship, in the past twin flame relationships have not been all that common. 2009 however, is the year that a lot of people will find themselves meeting a twin flame, or finally realizing that one has been in your life all along. A twin flame is a spiritual match, someone who has been walking their path, learning the same lessons of growth, and it is somewhat like the experience that identical birth twins have. If there is mental pain, the “other” experiences it as if it were their own whether they are in the same town or across the world. There are similar physical, mental and emotional experiences. Twin flames experience no time or distance boundaries when in communication on the soul level.

Many times when twin flames have not yet met, they will experience individually emotions that they can not explain. This is not the general empathic quality that a person develops in unfoldment, but an unknown unexplainable emotion, or thoughts and feelings drawn in and to a specific direction. This is the desire to find that “other half” that many seek out in soulmate relationships. Most twin flames are on the same path in this dimension, and most are on the evolved path of service to others. The ego is being refined and purified and there is a deep understanding that when twins get together it is for some kind of spiritual work. The ego always creates separation and represents what we are healing here on Earth.

Twin flames are not always easy relationships as both people must be able to handle the intensity on the soul level. This intensity is not the attraction of the physical, or the drama of emotional involvement, and any unfinished individual healing will be brought up in an accelerated way. Communication for twin flames is very telepathic, and for both individuals communication with guidance is very strong.

Through the union of twin souls a great creative energy is released for a spiritual purpose. The twin flame mirror is the mirror of the heart. Your Twin Flame will always reflect back to you the state of your heart. Since the path back to source, or god, is through the heart, it is the twin flame that journies with us back home.
If you have found your twin flame, congratulations are in order, if not, then keep opening your heart, for it is in the opening of the heart that you will magnetize to you the partner you have been seeking all these lifetimes.

Many people are interested in who they were in a past life. A few seem to feel that what is going on in their life now, the problems or the people, come from a different time and place. In reality, this is somewhat correct. The past, present and the future exist all at once when we are focused on this planet Earth, in a timeline.

Accumulated lifetimes of focus and energy in certain areas can be determined by the south node in one’s astrological chart. The south node is the repository of all those lifetimes that you have talents, skills and abilities and are confident in what you can do. The north node in your chart is where you need to go to learn how to gain new skills and abilities and to balance out the past where you become stuck. In my counseling one of the first things I look at in a client’s chart is the south node, what sign it is in, what house it occupies, and if that person is “hanging around there” now. The sign of the north node, which is going to be opposite the south node, and in the house opposite the location of the south node, will tell me where this person needs to focus energy and intention in order to move forward in this lifetime.

In my experience as a hypnotherapist one of the most fun things to do is past life therapeutic sessions. Along with Alchemical hypnosis for this lifetime, the experience of viewing previous lifetimes can explain a lot and help a person to make decisions. In my own history of growth, the many regressions I have had both spontaneously and through focused regression have been so very helpful. Several people who were in my life at the time appeared in these regressions in different form and in different places, but the underlying theme of that lifetime, and my relationship with those people, is what answered a lot of questions for me and helped to heal both the relationships and experiences in the present.

The recent research in Quantum physics and the introduction of a lot of great movies like “What The Bleep” have helped progress the idea of multiple realities which can, of course include past and future lifetimes. I once had a client come to be for a regression in order to make a decision in her life that would impact not only herself but her children and current husband as well. She had experienced meeting a man recently and had felt a deep and immediate connection with him. Both of them realized that they knew each other, but didn’t, and the feelings were intense and deep. Her husband at the time was stationed overseas and she and their children were set to join him in a few months. Now her life seemed confused and she was worried about making the wrong decision, so she thought that maybe if she could find the explanation for this sudden intense relationship that she could then sort out the path that she was coming up on that would determine the next part of her life. When she came for the hypnosis session she shared that both her husband and her new found love were aware that she was going to do a regression to help her make a decision. As she began to relax into the session she was able to go right to the lifetime that she had shared with the new man in her life. As she told me what was going on she was also able to see what the connection was and how it had impacted her in that lifetime. As we began to close the session, I asked her to give him a hug and tell him that she appreciated all that he had done for her, the love he had given her, and that now she was ready to progress in this lifetime. As she did this she related that she began to feel an enormous emotional release, and suddenly knew what direction she needed to take.

The next day she called me to thank me and to say that she had called the new man and told him all about her session. He said that at the time she was having her session he was on the golf course in Hawaii, and at one point had felt someone touch him as if they were there physically, so he knew that he had been a part of the session as well. She had also called her husband and told him about the session and that her decision was that she and the children would be joining him overseas as planned. About a year or so later I had moved out of state and both she and her husband had found my new address. They sent me a beautiful letter thanking me for all my help. They related that they had never been happier and when they returned to the states would love to keep in touch. What a blessing for me to be able to help facilitate a solution to a difficult life decision, one I will never forget.

As most of us know we incarnate here to gather experiences for our own soul growth. Many times however we get stuck in this idea of past, present, future as being one following the other. If I die tomorrow then when I decide to incarnate again it will be in some future time. However the truth is, when you leave this plane and decide to incarnate you can go anywhere on the time line that you wish. If more soul growth for you would occur in the 1800’s then you can choose the time and the place for experience. Since the past, present, and future all occur at the same time it is just a matter of focus of consciousness. Much like the holo-deck in Star Trek one can experience any time frame that one wishes. We can do this in hypnosis, meditation and also in re incarnation.

There was once a sociological experiment with a focus group to see if changing an environment and immersing a group of people in another time frame would affect them physiologically. Health examinations were done and charted. Then the group was taken to a place where everything was from the 50’s. The people dressed in clothes from that time, ate food that was popular then, etc. They were immersed in a created reality from the past. After at time, health examinations were done again and the interesting and astonishing information was that the individuals physical bodies began to go back to the age the people were when they lived in the 50’s. A great example of how we can actually change our bodies by immersing ourselves in a focus of a different time. If this can be done with older people then how about taking younger people forward? In my practice as a hypnotherapist working with younger children, I would take them forward in time so they could experience what it would look like and feel like, to be much older. The children quickly grasped how they could control what their lives could be like if they focused on a certain path. No amount of lecturing, cajoling or rewarding worked as well as what these children were able to see for themselves what the results of their actions in the present would create for their future.

What a difference might be made in the education of children if we were to look at their birth charts, their south and north node locations, to help them see their path clearly. Perhaps with the Plutonian break down of government, finance, schools and other institutions we may be able to build upon this idea of education in a more complete, holistic way for children. The children who are incarnating within this time frame seem to have a better understanding of how things work in energy and since they will be our future leaders, lets give them the opportunities and tools to help create the new ways of being and living. Children are very open to remembering who they were in the previous lifetime, but soon forget with the focused programming of family, school and society. Occasionally we have those that do remember and insist on the family knowing who they were. I once had a client who was from another country, one that was involved in a war which ended before he was born. When he began to talk he told his mother that she was not calling him by the right name and then began to give her his name, rank and serial number. When I met him he was a teenager and on his own had done research on the name he remembered. He found a young soldier from the United States who had died in the war in Vietnam. He truly believed that he was this soldier and had incarnated very quickly after his death. There are many stories such as these from around the globe where children remember who they were.

At present there are many researchers, books, and stories to be told around past life regression and hypnosis. If you are at all interested in pursuing this path I think you will find it very satisfying, enlightening, and may be of great help in resolving any issues you can not seem to get beyond in this lifetime.

The greatest change, and the greatest healing, occurs in the present. Working in the now can change the past, present and the future. Enjoy your journey!

It goes direct on Friday, April 17th, and stations at 29 degrees of Pisces. The 29th degree of any sign is what is called a “critical” degree, which means that the energy of that particular sign is intensified as it leaves the sign. The effects of the retrograde period will continue to be felt until around May 21, when Venus returns to the 16th degree of Aries, where it first stationed. This time frame is called the “Shadow Period”, and can be as intense as the actual retro phase.

Venus rules feelings and emotion, values, relationships, fashion, and all forms of money and wealth. It rules social attitudes and behaviors, female relationships and social interactions at every level. Venus rules romance, marriage and other partnerships, and the pursuit of pleasure. Venus in Aries is very romantic and is the rush of feelings we feel when we first fall in love. It is impetuous and impulsive. It is courtship and all of the excitement we feel in the beginning of a relationship.

During a retrograde period the things Venus influences are of less concern to us. It is not time to initiate a romantic relationship or try to move one forward. When Venus goes direct things seem to begin to have a life of their own, energy moves easier, and projects that we wanted to complete progress towards that goal. If you have felt a financial lack, money should begin to flow easier to you. Old debts can be repaid and new opportunities for jobs/careers are presented. During the “shadow period” we might experience some of the feeling of lack that we experienced in the retro phase. Keep focused on what you want and vision positive outcomes.

Relationships are something we all have had experience with from the beginning or our life. If one believes in reincarnation then we are drawn to the mother/father/family that will serve us best in our spiritual growth and evolution while we are on this planet. We also come in with set ideas about life based on cellular memory. These memories get activated as we move through our life. Whether we are relating in a romantic relationship or with friends or family, we are being influenced by cellular memory. Have you ever met someone that you instantly liked or felt drawn to, or someone that appeared to be a nice person but for some reason you just could not stand? This is your cellular memory being activated by that person’s energy coming into your space and you into theirs. Sometimes this is called “karmic” relationships, and for good or for not, they make a profound influence on our life. The greatest blessings of course are the relationships that we draw in that have good memories, the greatest hardships can be the ones that we have unfinished business with, or a need to complete. Either way relationships are with us constantly in our life, reflecting back to us where we still might need to grow, or showing us where we have grown. We must be the conscious participant. Whether it is friendship, family, marriage, etc., be aware that you have the greatest opportunity to grow, when you interact with another. The times that we spend alone are meant for us to turn within, to examine ourselves so we can try out our growth when we interact with others. If someone “pushes” a button with you try to move out of anger, anxiety or fear and be the observer of self.

We all have a need to be loved and to give love. Each one of us exhibits love to another in the way that we have been shown what love is. One of the most difficult things to understand is that another person might love us but does not show it in actions or words in the way that we might need. Most problems begin when our expectations do not get met. Communication is the key that will give us solutions to these issues. When I look at relationships with astrology, be they personal or business, I look at the persons Mercury, what sign it is in will tell me how this person communicates. Fire signs are passionate, Air signs love to talk, Water signs want to hear and talk about feelings, and Earth signs are about practicality. So the sign your Mercury is in is very important in your style of communicating.

As we move forward with Venus direct hopefully you will have spent some time examining what is important to you, your values, and how you want to live your life. In these times of difficult Pluto in Capricorn events and change, it will become more important to vision how we want things to be. Pluto in Capricorn will tear down the established structure to be rebuilt anew. It is a shared vision of values that we as a society need to bring forth. Perhaps we will now go back to valuing our relationships more, in our families, neighborhoods and in our country. With the Pluto station and retrograde until September of this year we will be looking at how we deal with authority, who we project authority onto and where we learned in our family to see who the authority was. In a lot of families this can be dear old dad. “Just wait until your dad comes home” is something I remember from my childhood that meant I was really in trouble. For those of us who did not grow up in two parent households the authority figure could have been projected onto anyone.

Now in the bigger picture we will be looking at our government and how that idea of authority in our lives will change. Already we are seeing the beginning of changes in institutions such as education, banking, insurance companies, etc., albeit forced. As we look at rebuilding our countries infrastructure will it be rebuilt with new technologies such as high speed trains, stronger bridges, more efficient automobiles, better transportation in general? New technologies now have a chance to come forward and make significant changes in how we live. Pluto in Capricorn can break down the barriers of resistance to free energy ideas. Taking those patents off the shelf and allowing them to be utilized in making life easier for us all. Perhaps we will see a more balanced government of and for the people. Certainly we are seeing an example of  Pluto in Capricorn at work by the national “tea parties” being planned for April 15th.

Expect more earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods and melting ice caps as even the earth goes through a restructuring. Perhaps this is where we will begin to realize just how important relationships are in our lives.

Next: Past, Present and Future Lives

As we progress in our learning we sometimes experience phenomena that we do not understand or need help to explain. One of those experiences for me was Bi Location.

Bi Location: In the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, it is defined as:

Function: noun
Date: 1858
Definition: the state of being or ability to be in two places at the same time

The ability to appear in two places at once is called bi location and is something that most remote viewers have the ability to do. Although the term is recently used more by current groups researching and practicing remote viewing, it is a very old technique and in the past has been called astral projection. One of the things that a lot of people strive to learn as they pursue their spiritual path is astral projection. There are some people who do it naturally and probably do not realize that they are doing it. Perhaps this comes from other lifetimes of practicing, and for the most part is done in the dream state. Many times people ask me about dreaming and dreams, feeling as if they have traveled to a distant place and felt they were actually there, but as an observer. This of course is an example of astral projection in the dream state. I have one friend that attends parties with people she does not know but always has a fun time!

The physical body remains in bed sleeping and the etheric body travels to another location, or even just another room. This can be somewhere on the physical plane or in any dimension, planet, etc. The person they visit may be in the sleep state and out in their etheric body as well. People report having conversations and doing things together, but often do not realize that they are actually astrally traveling and attribute it to just “crazy dreams”.

Although not usually seen by the people they visit, or seen in the place they visit, occasionally this does happen. I dimension trek to many places and usually am accompanied by a guide who shows up when I have been seen by other guides who tell me I can not be there. My guide always assures me that I can be anywhere I want, and to ignore the admonishment.

All the bodies

Most people know that the etheric body is the form closest to our physical body, where our chakras interact, and where these energy centers connect to our body. This is where you will see the colors of the aura. As mentioned in the previous blog, I was able to not only “see” the physical body of my teacher disappear but also the etheric body. It is the practice of meditation that enables us to be in the right frequency. Meditation is the key to all of our development spiritually. It helps us to learn the practice of detachment. This is where we learn to not judge events as good or bad and where we can learn to act and not react.

Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are energy fields in motion. All resonate and vibrate at specific frequencies. The physical body reacts to the emotional body which can be controlled by the mental body, and all serve the spiritual body, or our “Divine Intelligence/Higher Self.” It is our thinking processes or the “mental” body that influence the other bodies for positive or negative. The emotional body does not recognize time and is the one that we have the most issues with learning to control. It is the repository of all lifetimes and contains all of our emotional reactions on the cellular level.

Learning how

In my own personal experience of bi location, again I was being inner plane taught. I had not studied this phenomena nor was I particularly interested in learning about astral projection. However in one afternoon I was taught about bi location and shown “how” I was able to do it. The story as it happened was actually a by product of me helping another person. This young woman was a friend of my oldest daughter, and her grandmother had passed over within the last few months. My daughter told her of my mediumship abilities and that perhaps I could answer some questions for her, so time was made for her to come and visit. At the visit she spoke of how she had spent a lot of her youth with her grandmother and how close she had been to her. She wanted to be able to connect with her and I was impressed by spirit that instead of giving her a message, that it was more important to help her learn to communicate. She already felt that there was life after death and that her grandmother was around her, but wanted to know how she could communicate. So I spent some time teaching her a technique that she could implement. I suggested she write a letter to her grandmother, then put it away and when impressed get the paper out and write what she felt her grandmother would reply. This exercise would prepare her for more communication in the future and in different ways. She was a sweet girl and was very appreciative of the help and time I had given her. After she left I went to take a bath and meditate As I soaked in the water I reflected on the time that she was there and my heart opened to the fact that this young girl was so interested in learning to develop her abilities The open heart vibration enveloped my whole body and I felt joy and love surround me. As I was enjoying this experience a knock at the bathroom door brought me back to 3D reality. My oldest daughter wanted to know if I could speak to her friend again, she was upset about something that had happened when she got home. She had gone home and was preparing to do her writing exercise, walking from her bedroom to the living room she passed by the bathroom and saw a woman in her bathtub! Her shock made the vision disappear and then she was so upset at what had happened she called to see if I was available to talk to her. I told my daughter as I realized what had happened to tell her it was just me appearing, not to worry and to relax and I would call her back and explain. Thus not only did I experience my first bi location but was also able to teach about it!! Since then I have had people tell me that they have “felt” me in their physical space when they needed me and how calming it had been. Some have sworn they saw me appear in their space. I am sure they did.

And how can one use this?

Where can you serve and how? Over the years as I learned more about my self and my abilities I realized that I am a remote viewer, among other things. As someone who can do remote viewing I have used this to help people in many ways. Healing is a good example just being able to project healing energy to someone through your physical space to them is phenomenal in itself. But it also shows that we are all truly connected. Many of you already use this ability but are perhaps not conscious of it. The solution is to keep your heart open and to remember to always operate from that place as you progress along your path.

Everything that appears in our reality originates as a thought or desire, our consciousness presents this to us in the form that we have intended. As discussed in the previous blog, we see what we want to see, and are in agreement with others to see. The simplest form of this is signs and symbols and is how the subconscious works. Even people are presented as symbolic, or can be a sign. Someone may appear in your life with a quality that you need to incorporate, or appear at a time when they are needed by you, or you by them, and for whatever reason. When we dream, sometimes our dreams appear to make “no sense”. Even in dreams that process out our daily experiences there can be signs or symbols that will help you to process or integrate the things that will help you to grow. Learning to incorporate signs and symbols into our daily lives can enrich our conscious experience. Since we already pay attention to signs every day, (we all know what a stop sign or red light represents), incorporating or expanding our perspective on signs can be fulfilling. Some people turn on the radio in their car and hear a song that has meaning to what they might have been thinking of. This is humorously called “radio readings”.

Many of the meanings assigned to signs and symbols are considered a universal language and have traditional interpretations, but others speak to us through our own cultural or ethnic belief systems, and not every sign or symbol we perceive is something that we will need to act upon. It is our mind and through our intuition that we will know how to utilize the information of the signs and symbols that we register.

Our understanding of “signs” comes from our observation of repetitive patterns and what the results are. In the present, collective beliefs about omens for example, have become discounted as superstition however they still appear as subconscious symbols. The part of the brain that is the core of our evolvement can only speak to us in symbols.

Traditionally, throughout the ages, the interpretation of signs and symbols was designated to Prophets, Oracles, High Priests and Priestesses, etc. Astrology is a science that came long before Astronomy and is based on symbols. In modern day we still have those who are the interpreters for the many even though we are now supposed to do our own personal interpreting. They now have different titles and different forms. Mass media, politicians, religious leaders are the new prophets and oracles. Some people still have a foot in the old paradigm of letting someone else tell them what they need, or should believe, as truth.

Years ago I spent time with a friend in Northern California who was the head man for his tribe. I used to go with friends and camp by the river and get away from television, radio and any other external information. After a few days you become totally in tune with nature. You observe what the animals around you are doing, you begin to feel your senses become more attuned, and your intuition is sharpened as all the external noise of society is excluded from your reality. The result is the feeling that you are moving in a river, flowing with everything and everyone who is around you. There becomes a synchronistic series of events as time becomes less and less important and you only focus on time because you are hungry or the sky lets you know that the sun is setting and the moon rising. The insects let you know what the weather will be like, the trees will show you whether it will be a dry year or a wet year, how much snow to expect, etc. After a time of living in this environment everything becomes symbolic and has meaning. Coming back to the city can be almost painful and some time was needed to acclimate to the noise and business around me, the schedules that have nothing to do with physical rhythm, and to balance out the idea that one can still be in tune with the signs and symbols in a false environment. But these trips were important as they helped me to find balance in any situation, to seek out the signs and symbols to guide me through all that noise.

Challenges and assistance that one might encounter in interpreting signs and symbols, and how to learn to relax into the Tao.

Noise

Quieting the mind is one of the most important things to do, whether one defines this quieting as daily meditation, or spending time alone relaxing, this is one of the most important steps to take. Turn down the noise.

Judging events as good or bad

Observing

Things that happen to us are not necessarily good or bad, it is strictly our interpretation of the event that dictates what we judge it to be. Events can guide, instruct and inform. Rather than judging events as “good luck or bad luck,” it behooves us to look at them as what, how and why, to guide us along our path. If you can stay in that neutral place, then you will welcome the signs that appear in your space. If you stir up feelings of fear, then you will not hear or see the messages of divine support around you. For example, it’s easy to think of observing a car accident as a “bad” sign, or perhaps a warning. Possibly you have been driving too fast lately, always in a hurry and have had the intuition that you should slow down. The accident can be a reminder to listen to your intuition and drive more carefully, not necessarily an indicator that you will be involved in an accident. Often our intuition will speak to us in this way and it might not always be the still small voice within that we hear, instead an incident in our environment that we observe can be the reminder to listen to that still small voice.

Practicing

In my life as a spiritual counselor I use the tools of Astrology and Tarot because the symbology of these two practices, help trigger my intuition. Astrology is the art of interpretation of symbols and patterns that operate without and within a person and are expressed through planets. Each planet represents an energetic way of being and expressing. The moon for example represents our emotions, and the sign it is in is “how” we express our emotions. The Tarot is rich in symbolism and depending on which deck you are drawn to will speak to universal or personal interpretation. Learning to use tools such as these can assist you in working with signs and symbols in your life.

Keeping a dream journal as writing down your dreams is another good way to work with signs and symbols. When I was younger I literally dreamt future events, right down to the least of details. Some people can ask for a question to be answered in their dreams. This can sometimes be the only time we have to hear important messages.

What symbols are you attracted to? For awhile for me it has been hearts, I see them everywhere and they appear in my paintings. The message to me is to remember to keep an open heart and to live from that place. Numbers can also be seen as signs and symbols as the practice of Numerology shows us the patterns. It is so popular that here in my town, at the motor vehicle department they are used to people coming in and asking for certain combinations of letters and numbers for license plates.

Colors can be symbolic, what colors do you prefer to have around you or wear? I notice that on the days that I need more energy I tend to look towards the brighter colors to wear, and on the days where I just want to be more reflective I tend to wear more black.

Ask yourself if you want to see your world in a different way, see change coming into your life in a more joyful way, and with less judgment of self and others. Try living in the flow of signs and symbols, quiet the noise and listen to your intuition to guide you more on your path. Create the life that you want to see, look at signs and symbols as a feedback loop.
